ABOUT ME
Louise J Douglas
My journey has always been about blending together three distinct expressions—uniting the grounded wellbeing of body alignment, the deep resonance of soul connection and divine energy healing, and the inspired vision of creative design
Through KCR | Kinetic Chain Release, I support people in reconnecting with their bodies and finding greater balance, mobility, and wellbeing
Alongside this, through intuitive energy healing and soul connection work—drawing from modalities like Reiki, ThetaHealing, and the Akashic Records—I support and guide individuals back to their true essence
This deep love for soulful expression extends into my creative work and graphic design, bringing inspired ideas to life. From bespoke logo design and art prints to unique, divinely guided structures, my creations are shaped by intuition, imagination, and a desire to bring something meaningful and beautiful into the world
For me, these aren't separate paths. They are different expressions of the same energy — the desire to create harmony, honour individuality, and connect with something deeper
Spirited Alignment Studio is a reflection of that journey, bringing together divine alignment, soulful inspiration and creative expression in one special space
