By booking an appointment with Spirited Alignment Studio, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Clothing: You will remain fully clothed throughout your session.

Consent: You give your full consent to receiving KCR | Kinetic Chain Release. You understand that hands-on placement is a standard part of the KCR protocol and will be explained before each step.

Personal Ownership: You acknowledge that you are an active participant in and responsible for your own healing journey. You agree to participate honestly and to the best of your ability.

Medical Disclosure: It is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any medical conditions or health issues prior to treatment. Failing to do so is at your own risk.

Not Medical Advice: KCR is a holistic bodywork protocol and is not a substitute for conventional medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice. The practitioner is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose conditions. If you have medical concerns, please consult a qualified physician.

Results: Everyone experiences KCR differently; therefore, specific results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Right to Pause/Stop: You have the absolute right to pause or stop the session at any time. Likewise, the practitioner reserves the right to stop a session if deemed necessary.

Confidentiality: The content of your session is held in strict privacy and complete confidentiality.

Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full session fee.

No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

Severe Weather: In cases of extreme weather that make travel unsafe, please contact the practitioner as soon as possible to make suitable arrangements.
